FJ: (b) oatmeal (w/soymilk + cinnamon) + coffee. (s/l) whole wheat bagel w/butter + jam. (s) large coffee (w/soymilk + squirt of carmel syrup + 2 Equal packets) + mini-vanilla scone @Target's Starbucks. Ate two bites of scone (still have what's left in its little bag) and tossed large coffee w/a quarter or so of it left. (d) 1/2 my-skinny-girl margarita concoction + water + Grand Junction Small Special - Ckn Cordon Bleu (spelling?) + fries. Gave pop to bf.
Pretty sure I shouldn't have finished off the sandwich since it's not whole wheat bread... and it was soaked in honey mustard and mayo... but the bread is that freshly-made stuff. So good. I did eat it slowly, however.
Sidenote: I'm proud of myself for not chowing down the scone or getting Pizza Hut breadsticks (also available at Target) or an all-meat hotdog. I thought it was odd that I had breakfast at about 8am and then was hungry at 10:30ish for the bagel. After that, though, I didn't truly get all-out hungry. At Target, I wanted a pick-me-up coffee and was considering snarfing down the two mini-Snickers I had in my purse. Went with the rich scone instead and then only 2 bites anyhow. Yeah. So rich.
I'm the most hungry, I've noticed, in the mornings. So, I guess to eat up on the whole grains and carbs then is a good idea... leaving veggies and fish and meat for evening meal.
I think the resolution to get rid of pop in my system has done my body GOOD.
