I have a heel spur. And it is really quite painful.
I think my walk yesterday in unsupportive boots (imitation Uggs) caused it.
So my attempt at walking in the snow in January in ND wasn’t the best idea ever.
Oh well.I had dreams of how this “PPT of Controversy” should look last night, so I hope to incorporate all that today as well as get a few more units figured out. I have to remember to move from controversy & people, to controversy in the media, to ending with controversy in the world & with language… moving from the personal to the global.
