You know how .rtf is the most simple format for word processing documents…? Well, why don’t they have a format like that for video and audio? Ugh. Thank goodness my online students haven’t freaked out about the file-downloading-problems. Good ol’ media-convert.com may become my best friend this week.
I need to keep reading Rule of the Bone this week… I’ve been flying through it, to a certain extent. And there are all sorts of post-it flags sticking out of it like fringe on a pinata. I’ve already come up with some great questions & themes too: Do we all have criminal minds or mentalities? Is the main character really free? What is freedom? Does the main character have morals? How do we really know right from wrong?
*I may give bonus to those students who attend any of the presidential visit forums; there are chances to attend this Friday and next Wednesday.
*I need to prepare a Profile example for Friday’s classes as well as a Paper Description Sheet for Paper 2 (should do one for Paper 1 for the next time I teach 110). I’ll also bring in their Packets & Scavenger Hunt items Friday for them to grab.
