I just realized/remembered (via Kathy at the gym) that we have our recognition banquet tomorrow. So, with that, and the additional Marketing Meeting from noon to 2pm, I won’t have time to sneak in more online grading. Yea, didn’t get to that last batch of papers today like I wanted, but there’s always next week or the weekend.
And even with this new layout, I haven’t lost my “tags.” Those things are going to help GREATLY in preparing for next fall. I have tagged quite a few new assignments I want to try out, so… I know where to find them.
I’m starting to compile a list of reading material in my head as well as on paper (doesn’t help that I have 5+ notebooks/journals in use at all times – never know which one has the most up-to-date stuff), and I definitely want to finish You Just Don’t Understand by Deborah Tannen… Teaching as a Subversive Activity (an Errol find), and… the one book of Wade’s by David Eggers (I think that’s his name).
