I am consumed by this Creative Writing class.
So many thoughts. Even too many fun thoughts
can overwhelm a person.
It’ll be nice to have a weekend away from town
and my academic bookbag
filled with things to read read read.
Meanwhile, my 110 students will hand in Paper 1
today and tomorrow; the papers already
looked fantastic in conferences.
And we’ll look at Paper 2
as well as the book they’re all liking
- Rule of the Bone.
