• Note to Self: I’m on the Diversity Council… meeting today @ 2pm.

  Well, I think this week’s been successful. The class I gained from my officemate is still somewhat in limbo, but I think they’ve transitioned well. We’ll see, I guess, once we get more into the swing of things towards the end of next week & into the first major project I have planned for them (which puts them on track with the rest of my English 110 classes) – the PowerPoint MusicVideo.

  Next week, I gain yet another class (an English 105, 11am M-F), but I am fairly prepared for that. The eCompanion shell is ready, and I just need to figure out what to substitute in for Project 6… I don’t like the current Proposal genre I have as that Project. Hmph.

  I allowed my brain to get picked by one of our cool adjuncts today (Anne), and we conversed about writing conferences (holding them in the classroom? required or not? read drafts beforehand or at the conference?); it was a good discussion on the possibilities. We also mentioned how tough it is to keep every class (like a night 110 and a MWF 110) on the same schedule. It takes flexibility.
