  • Writing as a form of weight-loss? Thanks for the link Cheryl. Anything that reinforces getting rid of stress is a step in the right direction. I write to get things out of my head; I run/walk for the same reason. The mind gets clogged up with stuff more than the body sometimes. If you’re not stressed and feeling good about yourself, your body will follow along. No more diets or hardcore exercises for me.
