First batch of grading complete (with the online summer course)…
and 20 students (out of 28) are sitting at As and Bs, the rest are below.
This course ZOOOOMS by, really, smooshing 16+ weeks into 8.
It’s not for all students, and I send out a letter at the beginning to warn them of that.
It’s not impossible, it’s just a quick course. A blur of controversy and papers.
I need to look ahead and figure out a way to make the Global Blog project as simple
to understand as possible. Perhaps I’ll “skinny” it down a bit, especially the instructions of it.With that completed for the day,
I have one more paper-based activity to do, and then I think I need a laid-back bike ride.
My mental motivation for the day is here, but not my physical motivation to get outside
and burn some rubber/calories too…
