The banner in the room said,
“You should treat your fellow employees better than your best customer.”
And before then, G said,
“‘A’ people hire ‘A’ people; ‘B’ people hire ‘C’ people (because they’re intimidated).”
After that, I came up with a great idea to increase school pride:
A RIVALRY.
I am so onto something with that!

My old high school used rivalry to improve academic performance as well. It was toned down after a parking lot incident involving bats, knives, and crowds from the two schools.
