I’m pumping all sorts of PPTs and outside-the-book essays into my on-campus course shells. If we don’t use ‘em all, big deal. They are THERE for usage now and/or later. Oddly, there are more out-of-the-book essays than there are chapters in the book that I’d like to cover; this leads me to think I could easily conduct a bookless composition classrooom. Oh, and that reminds me to ask them this afternoon… “This course is called college composition… what IS composition?” It’ll spark the fire I hope to start with the new theme of English 110.
