To my initial surprise, that’s how it stacks up in almost all my classes. You’re either in or you’re out.
@heyitzlong - Yea… and when I get student evals, it’s the same thing. Some loved the class, some hate it. And really, like my chair says, if everyone loves it then I’m not challenging them… if everyone hates it, I’m doing something wrong. A little love and a little hate is all good.
@teacher47 - That’s very true. Still, I do cringe a bit every someone says “Ah man. Not him again,” at the beginning of each semester.
