  • Contradictions, yo.

    a) "Live in the present." "Live like there's no tomorrow." But what if there is? What if I live to be 100?
    b) "Life is long; college is short." "What's the rush; we have all the time in the world." But what if we don't?

    a) "Just Do It." Do it all? I'm tired.
    b) "Good things come to those who wait." Oooookay. How long do I have to wait, though?

    Ya know what, society? PICK A SIDE!

    My pal Megan DVR'd Vicky Christina Barcelona; we watched it tonight after homemade pizza. Very independent-film-ish with a very European ending. Intriguing. And no one snored through this viewing. Learned that I do want passion/excitement AS WELL AS stability in my life. I think both are possible. And I realized that I really, truly, do want a dog. She was dog-sitting the sweetest golden lab.
