  • The Food Journal returns.
    Only it's on a more public blog of mine, so maybe I'll be more accountable to it?

    (b) breakfast. (s) snacks. (l) lunch. (d) dinner.
    Today: (b) canadian bacon/egg/cheese "McMuffin" - generic kind from gas station & 20oz coffee (w/two non-dairy creams and 2 packets of sugar) that I drank half of... (s) miniature Kit-Kat, (l) homemade southwest ckn salad on yellow corn chips (ate half & chucked the rest because it didn't taste all that super) plus water to drink and then a 110calorie raspberry cheesecake yogurt (delicious!)... (d) chicken tortilla soup (made in crockpot with chkn, cilantro, stewed tomatoes, broth, green&red peppers, green chiles and black beans) with some cheddar cheese & about 10 yellow corn chips crushed on top - approximately 2 cups worth?, (s) mini-bag of Peanut M&Ms.

    Someone wanna do the calorie count on all that? Thanks.

    Changes to consider: Better snacks. Toast in the morning with coffee (peanut butter on a slice for protein?).
