Yesterday's FJ: (b) rest of sweet potato + some rye bread w/honey. (l) 3 McCkns w/o the bun (400cal?) + water + handful of fries (100cal?) + fruit&yogurt parfait (160). (d) fried pickles, broiled walleye, salad, 3 vanilla vodka diets?
Today's FJ: (b) coffee + leftovers (1/2 steak sammie, no bun + american fries). Worked out for a lil' over 20minutes. (l, late) bf's leftovers from Lone Star (small piece of steak + small serving of au graten taters) + water. (s) popcorn (160cal?). (d) ckn tortilla soup. 1.5 servings w/corn chips, no cheese.Possible Goal(s) of the Day: Watch pieces' gymnastics meet, clean apt. (especially bedroom) OR go for a walk, and work on Creative Writing catalog of projects & mini-assignment options.
