  • So, the Biggest Loser Challenge starts to wrap up this week. We have a weigh-in today (and next Tuesday); those are the last two. This week, participants can still win weekly prizes; next week is all about overall percentage lost through the entire 12 weeks. I've been in the top 10 here and there, which is cool. I wish I had been a tish more serious about losing... but I couldn't get the ambition in me to run and walk and generally workout. I think losing 8 pounds in 10 weeks ain't too bad considering that I was just eating better, not less, and listening to my stomach more about when I was truly hungry and when I was full-full-full. I had a few bad meals, but forgave myself, and vowed to do better in the next meal.

    We may continue the weekly weigh-ins this summer, just because. No prizes, just for the "check-up" of it all. Check where we are at, etc. And then in the fall, we'll do another Challenge. If we have the money and participants, it could lead to a constant downslide of weights on campus... which is necessary, in my opinion.

    With that said, I'm sipping coffee. I haven't eaten breakfast because the coffee is filling me up, and, really, I'll wait until after my 9am weigh-in. Yea. Just like I've done in previous weeks. Consistency, people. :o )

    Congrats to my friend, C-Dawg, by the way. She had twins recently! Yay for her and Jaden!
