  • WTH.

    I'm up almost three pounds. May have to look back at my food journal to see what went wrong... or maybe it's time for me to add exercise? Dunno. I'm not going to let myself get upset; it's just a number afterall. And I feel pretty good.

    This week = 175.5. Last week = 172.75. Hmph.

    FJ: (b) coffee thus far. (s) coffee + 90cal FiberOne + (later) Arizona Green Tea. (l) one sammie (turkey/cheese/mayo/mustard on whole wheat bread) + more Green Tea (whole can is 210 calories - yikes; I'm maybe 1/3 of the way there; it's huge). (s) got half the way through the Green Tea before leaving campus (left it there) + 1/2 handful of puppy chow. (d) water + tomato bisque soup + crackers. Mints (from the Wilkin) for after-dinner chocolate fix?
