Hopped on scale last night... my scale was always off in comparison to the numbers that popped up during the Biggest Loser Challenge this last spring, but it'll be a way for me to keep track. Anyhow, last night it hovered around the 180 mark (which, to me, means that it is truly off because I fit into everything better than I did at 180 at the beginning of February - unless I've added muscle somehow?) and then this morning, I hopped on again and it was 175. So... yeah.
I still fit into those size 12 Gap jeans I purchased awhile back and I can zip up the 12s I stole from my sister's going-to-the-thrift-store box. The body is an odd thing, but you already knew that.
And while I wanted to do an hour of something (exercise-ish) each day last week, I'm going to reward myself for doing an hour on Monday and Wednesday along with a hard & wet 30+ min bike ride on Tuesday evening ... because I could've easily done nothing all week, and I didn't. So, this next week, I'll shoot for 5 days of movement and be okay with 4? Something like that.

FJ: (b) cereal (GrapeNuts Flakes/generic Cinnamon Life) w/almond & soymilk. (s/l) p.nuts + cranberries/raisins + coffee + more nuts at bridal shower + 5 crackers w/cheddar cheese + a wee bit of punch. (d) 2 sammies @Quiznos + water... (s) chicken strip basket w/fries (didn't eat all of it) + a few drinks, vodka diets.

I know what you mean! I lost 20 pounds and feel so great, but then I see pictures, and it's like, "wait a tic... shouldn't I feel those extra chins flapping under there?"
@ChubEchpmnk - I think no matter my size, I'll take unflattering pictures from time to time. Hell, even if they look unflattering just to me...
It's as if... unless I compare, side-by-side, photos from when I was 200lbs to now, I don't "see" it.
