    Hello English 110ers... this week, we're doing Writing Conferences, one-on-one, in my office (check syllabus for where that is). Sign up on my door if you haven't already. In addition to meeting with me, you're required to read farther in Carlin's book - up to page 65, in fact, continuing to mimic his lists along the way. From now on, when you are absent from class, check this blog for what you missed; it'll save me A LOT of time repeating repeating repeating. Yay! (I just emailed all of you an ABSENT SHEET to use when not in class for excused reasons.)

    See you all as a class Friday (P1 is due Saturday at midnight)!
    p.s. The minimum number of words required on P1 is 500. So, shoot for 505 or 577 or 789, got it?
