1. What are my favorite things to do?
2. How can I do more of my favorite things?
3. What can I downsize in my life?
4. How can each day be more fulfilling?
5. When am I at the peak of happiness?I'm guessing that the answers to some if not all of these things are to downsize my worry and negative thoughts, downsize my time spent on FB or watching TV, and there's probably room for improvement on the clothing/shoes front. This week, I hope to make baby steps starting with doing laundry and sorting my clothing tomorrow night if not Tuesday. Then, I'd like to add in more exercise this week even if that means just doing 10 sets of stairs in my apt building. Lastly, I'd like to only watch my favorite shows and limit my TV watching to those shows; this limiting also includes Facebook. I like Gossip Girl on Mondays, so I'll plan to watch that and the news tomorrow in between laundry and reading blogs on Google Reader. I think attempting to limit my TV to less than 2 hrs a night is a good start; I don't know if I should count the 30min of The Today Show I watch in the mornings. I don't really need to watch that show; I just need the weather report and I can get that via the iMac or on the radio. Come to think of it, I get ready quicker when the TV is off. That's probably not a shock; 107.9 is the way to get me rockin'!

Okay, so this week will be a test run of some new things. I think reading more is always a good step, and I often find myself watching TV and thinking it's "EH" anyhow. I should view that the same way I do with food; if it's not satisfying, ditch it.
