  • FJ.

    FJ (It's been eons, I know) because I probably should keep track once in awhile...
    (b) oatmeal w/a bit of soymilk. (s) coffee + 90cal Special K cereal bar. (l) 140cal of tortilla chips w/crab salad. (s) raisins + peanuts in 2pm class w/more coffee. (d) chicken tortilla soup minus the tortilla chips (chicken/blackbeans/tomatoes/salsa/chiles/broth/tiny bit of cheddar cheese) + mini Diet Coke. (s) cheddar Goldfish 1/2 serving? + 7 baby carrots.

    I'd like to be at the weight I was at the beginning of last Spring's challenge (180) by next week, our last week of this fall's Biggest Loser Challenge. That way, I can shoot for the mid-170s for January (for the "On Your Own" Challenge of 5 weeks w/o weigh-ins) and, um, use that momentum to train for the Half Marathon in May (and do well in the 8-week Spring 2011 Challenge). Yeah. *crosses fingers*
