  • Closed on the house last Wednesday. Then watched my niece for two days. We moved 85% of my crap yesterday. Then, I got a cold in the middle of it all. I now sound like a dude. And, since I didn't get a cold all winter, I was due to get one... but in the middle of ALL OF THIS? Stupid body. Anyhow, tomorrow, the bigger things will get moved over to the house... the cable/internet guy comes on Tuesday and I'll spend the rest of the week a) checking in with online students, b) making a list of things to do to the house, c) unpacking, and d) cleaning up my apartment in order to officially move out on Friday.

    My list of things to get, superficially, looks like this:
    --- circular ottoman for the master bedroom that opens to storage

    Basic needs:
    --- paint, stencils, ...
    --- 8' clothing rods for basement and master bedroom closets
    --- flooring ...
