I'm at that point where my body feels better/more energized
but I sound horrible. Like cotton balls are shoved up
my nose or something. Yet, I am able to breath halfway well.
Colds are odd. Hopefully, it'll just take a hike as the days pass.
Sidenote: Man of the Year was an excellent flick. It didn't dive too deeply into politics, but touched on the basics. And the fact that a comedian would be a good president has stuck with me. I want honesty. And, sure, humor. When he's telling the reporters that he did inhale marijuana and that he did look at naked pics of girls when he was young and that he had just farted, I was like WOW. If someone were that honest with all of America, would that work? It'd work for me. If you screw up, say it. Put it out there. Take the speculation out of everything. In the long run, though, [spoiler alert] he walks away from the presidency for a simpler life. He's smart; who wants that kind of pressure on them constantly? Ugh. I can't recall when the movie was made, but the President Elect (Robin Williams' character, the comedian, similar to Jon Stewart) was from Chicago... just like Obama. Muy interesante. *smiles*
